Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. At Ava Vancouver Mode, customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear
  • Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Lost Orders

What if my package arrives damaged or gets lost during shipping?

We want every order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. If your package is damaged during transit or does not arrive, we are here to help.

Option 1 — Replacement

If your item arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, we can send a replacement at no additional cost.

Option 2 — Refund

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please contact our support team. In cases involving damaged products, we may provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Additional Protection

Even after receiving a replacement item, customers still remain eligible for our standard 30-day return policy.


Important Product Information

Some products may contain small variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing differences, or material characteristics.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully read all product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled within 30 minutes after being placed.

Because our order processing and fulfillment systems operate quickly, orders are automatically prepared for shipment shortly after checkout.

While we will do our best to assist, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the fulfillment process has started.

If your order has already shipped, you may still request a return after delivery under our standard return policy.


How to Start a Return

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item if damaged or defective
  • Your full name and shipping address
